BALL-CRAFT ACADEMY — TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARENTS & GUARDIANS

  1. About Us Ball-Craft Academy is a children's football coaching business operating in the Sidcup area. By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
  2. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our booking system. Places are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any child whose session has not been paid for.
  3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session will receive a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable. If Ball-Craft Academy cancels a session due to weather, facility issues or coach illness, a full credit or refund will be issued.
  4. Weather Policy Sessions take place outdoors on 3G pitches. Sessions will proceed in light rain. In the event of severe weather making conditions unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel. Parents will be notified as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email.
  5. Health & Medical Information Parents and guardians must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies and medications for their child prior to their first session. Ball-Craft Academy must be informed immediately of any changes to a child's medical situation. Failure to disclose relevant information releases Ball-Craft Academy from liability in relation to that condition.
  6. Safeguarding & Child Protection Ball-Craft Academy operates in accordance with FA safeguarding guidelines. All coaches hold an enhanced DBS check and FA Safeguarding Children certification. Any safeguarding concerns will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
  7. Collection Policy (Under 12s) Children under 12 must be collected by an authorised adult at the end of every session. Parents must provide the names of all adults authorised to collect their child on their registration form. Ball-Craft Academy will not release a child to any person not listed as an authorised collector. If a child is not collected within 15 minutes of the session ending, the emergency contact will be called.
  8. Children 12 and Over Children aged 12 and over may make their own way to and from sessions with written parental consent confirmed at registration.
  9. Photography & Video Ball-Craft Academy may take photographs and videos during sessions for use on our website and social media. Separate photo consent is collected at registration. If you do not consent, your child will not be included in any published media.
  10. Behaviour Policy Ball-Craft Academy expects all participants to behave respectfully toward coaches, other children and the facility. Persistent disruptive or aggressive behaviour may result in a child being removed from a session without refund. Serious incidents may result in permanent exclusion.
  11. Liability Ball-Craft Academy holds public liability insurance. However, we cannot accept liability for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for injuries sustained as a result of a participant not following a coach's instructions. Parents and guardians permit their child to attend sessions at their own risk.
  12. Data Protection Personal data collected at registration is held securely and used only for the purposes of running Ball-Craft Academy sessions. Data is never shared with third parties without consent. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing enquiries@ballcraftacademy.co.uk.
  13. Changes to Terms Ball-Craft Academy reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Notice will be given via email.
